Licensed Home Inspections NJ

About Your LookSmart Inspector

John Martino has been a NJ home inspector since 2003. John is one of the very few home inspectors who completed New Jersey's home inspector licensing program. The rigorous formal training program was implemented by the State of New Jersey in order to make sure that home inspectors were thoroughly trained. The program proved to be too rigorous for many, and the state has since significantly eased its home inspector licensing requirements. Mr. Martino went over and above the program requirements and completed 63 field training inspections. Mr. Martino also completed 250 mentored home inspections as a licensed associate NJ home inspector. He has performed over 1400 home inspections for clients in New Jersey and has an exemplary track record of customer satisfaction. John is an independent home inspector who is dedicated to delivering top-notch unbiased home inspections for NJ clients.
